I downloaded mine from torrent originally. no issues.
Of note, my download noted aboe is the "DVD" version, but then I always pick minimal on the install choice.

Well once this 2nd install is done, we will know if it was a change from release 1406 to 1511 (eww same release # as Windows 10), or if it was a difference between using the Minimal ISO or DVD ISO as a base.

Yes. So I am honestly hoping that this Minimal install from DVD ISO also does not have it.

I used 1406 DVD on my guide. So it could be something they changed in the process between 1406 and 1511.

The firewall is still there (iptables) they just removed the management interface for some reason.

I thought CentOS 7 used Firewalld and not IPTables?
