Does the checksum match?
I downloaded mine from torrent originally. no issues.
Of note, my download noted aboe is the "DVD" version, but then I always pick minimal on the install choice.

Well once this 2nd install is done, we will know if it was a change from release 1406 to 1511 (eww same release # as Windows 10), or if it was a difference between using the Minimal ISO or DVD ISO as a base.

Yes. So I am honestly hoping that this Minimal install from DVD ISO also does not have it.

I used 1406 DVD on my guide. So it could be something they changed in the process between 1406 and 1511.
