ManageEngine ServiceDesk no longer unlimited technicians

My license, since 2014, was for 10 techs. I renew it every year and select 10.
I have to renew now but there is no longer a spot to specify how many technicians. The file simply comes down with a limit of 5.

Yeah, you had to send in for a license key every year.
Fully automated web page and simple.

That's a common tactic. Make free customers keep thinking about the vendor and that they are getting something for free. VMware does that, too.
