          missing punctuation
and ditch the crossed out stuff - unless someone like scott said to include it.
The last line also seems awkward on a resume - at least to me.

Drop High School section. Nobody cares about that. Its assumed if no education is listed you have a HS diploma

I would really rework your experience section. No one really cares for paragraphs on a resume. So for the current role

                  Support Techician
                  RDS
                  April 2018 to Present

Responsibilities include; Remote System Administration, including hardware problem resolution with Point of Sales equipment including but not limited to sales terminals and printers.

Additional responsibilities include, back-end data administration and staff training on sales equipment.

                  Technologies used:
                  SSH, RDP etc etc

The goal is to get a better paying job. No one cares about the aspirations, education is great but certifications can show that you can learn. (I know you're working on those).

yeah, I was thinking the same - the goal should be near the top of the resume - and be specific for each job you're applying for... when possible.

                        Part Time Clerk

This section isn't relevant to what you're applying for, I would almost drop the entire section and simply replace it with something along the lines of "Prior work experience is not in my target field. Will answer questions if requested about it"

                          This is a good point.

You're also young enough that only having the single job being listed likely isn't going to be an issue.

I'm not familiar with US CVs, but I'm missing things:

                            • What are you good at regarding AD? GPOs? Audits? Usermanagement? Scripting? Tell 'em whatever you know.
                            • Ever fixed a breaking issue? Something that could harm your employers business?
                            • "Input menu data" ... no. "Normalized large amounts of data for POS systems"
                            • "Built a home lab network using Ubiquiti Networks PRODUCT A, PRODUCT B, ... to learn XYZ (hell, UBNT is such a good system. Why did you choose them? Price, features, ...)"

                            Hope that helps.

You could easily add a technologies proficiency area onto your resume.

                                      Proficient with these tools:

(whatever software tools you use, Vi, SSH, Putty, Windows Server, Linux Server, Hyper-V) etc
