VERY true!! Especially when something goes wrong where we are unable to fix, or fix as fast as the user wants us to. They complain to their boss so they don't get in trouble for "not working" and blame IT for their incompetency. It's a battle we all have fought. A good manager can nip most of it in the bud, a poor manager makes the issue even worse by relaying it to the affected worker.

In our hearts we all want to help. We like working on something that we love. Once in a while, it just doesn't work out. I always hated when it doesn't.

I worked alongside Bob Cratchet, so I don't get any of these.

This is a secondary DC. I didn't think you could specify the domain controller, it's just round robin. How do I verify that it's working.

Second DC, not secondary. Haven't been secondary DCs ever in Active Directory. That terminology is mistakenly brought over from the PDC/BDC days of Windows NT and the SAM system that pre-dates AD. Once AD replaced SAM, there was no more secondary concepts.

It's pretty hard to find any QBs who have done much of anything else, let alone punt!! I guess that makes Danny White pretty special.

Kordell Steward (who I was a big fan of also) did the whole RB, WR thing and that was cool! Can you imagine him in a present day wide open offense? I thing it would be exciting .

While trolling along that information superhighway, I came along Danny White...a former QB of the Cowboys and once upon a time, my favorite QB. I knew he was a punter as well, and actually kept the starting punter job after he got the starting QB nod.

Knowing this, I looked for other QBs who have done it at the same time. I didn't find any. Yeah, Randall Cunningham once made a 91 yard punt, and yeah, Tom Brady has done it once or twice, but I'm talking about being a starter at both. 2 have come (kinda) close

Tom Tupa: Not a good QB, but a very good punter. Did go 6-11 in like 1996 but he wasn't the starter. Sounded like either a mopup game or a game when they had injuries.

George Blanda: He gets a mention not because he was a punter, but he was a starting QB and a starting kicker. He did punt 22 times.

P.S. Just found out Terry Bradshaw punted 8 times and John Elway punted 7 times.

If you have the $$$ go with the highest amount of memory you can afford.

I switched from 16GB to 128GB. SO much better!!

Totally agree!! I went all the way to 256GB. No more worrying about deleting songs, or pictures.

While I have music on my phone I really don't use headphones to listen I connect my phone to my car stereo or speakers here in the house. Music via any phone = not great quality.

I have a couple Echo's in my house as well as an amazing sound system in my living room oh and don't forget the full PA system.

Now @Mike-Ralston has an amazing set of headphones, but not willing to spend $400 plus on headphones. Anything under that stinks and sounds bad

This would be interesting. I have 3 zones for heat in my house and I never know what to set for the best efficiency.

Ex: the bedroom zone is set to 58, but the thermostat is in a room with a closed door. If I leave it closed, it makes the bedroom where I am nice and toasty...sometimes too toasty. If I simply open the door, it is getting the heat from the living room zone, and cools down the bedroom where I am. I worry that I am using too much oil if I leave the door open.

Saving $$$ on the oil is an issue...especially where I am. It got down to 3 degrees last night and was at 0 on Friday. Normal lows in January is 12, but it's been pretty cold this month so who knows how cold it will get!
