I just turned off these chimes for notifications. I found that a bit annoying after awhile.
THey were not supposed to be there. The update turned them on somehow.
Likely a default changed again. Just like email notifications did once. Never affected me because I went into settings a long time ago and changed everything once to save my preferences.
Yeah - notifications are being weird on both. I'm getting emails just not while on the site, if that makes sense.

There is a program called CyberPatriot that is teaching kids in middle and high school cyber security. The idea behind this is that we are not creating the correct IT workforce needed to fill these jobs or so the people pitching the program (and LAUSD) say. I would love to hear @scottalanmiller talk to them about what he has seen in the industry.

The name change makes sense, but the name G Suite is just terrible. I can understand Google not wanting people to confuse Google Apps with Android type Apps. Because they really aren't just apps they are an office suite.
Even Google Suite would have been better. Or just Google Office (unless that is trademarked).
The irony is that I am sure they spent thousands testing the performance of this name change. It makes you wonder what the other options were...
I can just imagine the conversations I will now have to have when I recommend "G Suite" for businesses. I am going to steal @RojoLoco name as Gangsta Suite and then drop the mic and walk away.
