@manxam said in Outlook Out of Memory to Open Large Folder:

Seeing as how it IS a 64 installation and is not using more than a couple of gigs of ram as stated in your title post, I'd suggest it's a corrupt profile.

Is this connected to IMAP or Exchange? If so, why not spin up a new profile and let the mail sync and see what happens?

The only issues that we ever run into with Outlook are fixed with a new profile which, thankfully, is a quick process -- unless you're using POP3 (kill me now!)

The user has 2 ost files:
      0_1539632788102_ost-files.png

      And using cached Exchange Mode
      0_1539632923895_cached-mode.png

She has around 43 user mailboxes as well, thinking this could be whats causing the issues.

      Extended Events

@Pete-S happen to know where the default location of the event files are saved?

I created a new session and I believe it is properly showing the queries ran, but if I try to change the place where the file is logged to is doesn't start, but if I leave the default set I can't find the file!!

    • RE: Errors in outbound calls in one extension - Freepbx

@jaredbusch user hasn't answered back to get more logs, but I did call the same number as the user did in the previous log and it rang properly didn't receive the message.

Also I kept checking the logs today and I am seeing a lot of this type of calls as well which end playing the no-service.gsm message. This would be an inbound call right?

@jaredbusch No other trunk in this location for the moment.

Has the user tried again from their extension?

      Yes same message as before

What is the log look like from the other extension?

Here is a working call from my created extension on the PBX

Are you sure your trunk settings allow enough simultaneous calls?

I believe so, no other user has complained about receiving that message.

@scottalanmiller Would you happend to know how many concurrent calls can the trunk handle?

    • Errors in outbound calls in one extension - Freepbx

So a using is reporting that when dialing outbound from his extension, he is getting the mesage "The number you have dialed is not in service ....". He says if he moves to another extension he can make the calls properly. He has tried calling coworkers and clients all with the same errors.

Any idea what can be causing this? I can't replicate the error message from another extension in the same pbx. Dialing is done using 1-area code-number

    • RE: EdgeRouter L2TP VPN can't pass IKE phase 1

A DNAT rule was the culprit of everything, it was redirecting the traffic and not letting it reach WAN_LOCAL.

      FINALLY SOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As reminder for anyone that could encounter a similar issue:
DNAT rules are evaluated before firewall rules.

Yeah, I didn't find strange it reverted to using the old config, what seems strange is that it is not even working on a firmware version it used to work with and with a config that used to work as well.

Really thought the downgrade would have made it work again.

What's really strange is that with the downgrade, it even returned to the original configuration the one that was properly working before and still nothing.

Downgraded to 1.10.5 and still can't establish a proper connection or get any other type of log.

      Version: v1.10.5
      Build ID: 5098915
      Build on: 06/22/18 13:55
      Copyright: 2012-2018 Ubiquiti Networks, Inc.
      HW model: EdgeRouter Lite 3-Port
      HW S/N: 788A2041AA25
      Uptime: 01:19:49 up 1 day, 4:46, 1 user, load average: 0.23, 0.16, 0.14

Could this mean the device is having some sort of problem or could it be Internet Service Provider caused????

@scottalanmiller The most login prompts are using it in Chrome.

Chrome has a bug regarding the websockets protocol and NTLM authentication. This effects the following tools: Events, PowerShell, Remote Desktop.

From the google chrome dev tools you can even get an audit using Lighthouse

You get a report like this:

      @romo I don't see ipsec match-ipsec set in your L2TP rule.
