      Exchange 2010 was either per user CALS or per device CALS... no restrictions on mailboxes.

      @Grey I don't believe a shared mailbox uses a CAL, since everyone (or device) connecting to it is already licensed.

      Based on past experience with licensing I imagine It should be painless... I got my last church approved for 501c3 licensing with very little effort. I can't imagine the approval for O365 is any different

      Last month Synology advanced replaced my NAS without a CC.
