I might disagree with this. The evolution of Server management has come full circle. I'm from the OS/2 - DOS Lan Manager days - and... I saw Windows go from command line to GUI at the NT stage. Now it's gone to Powershell. Hang on, GUI will make a return in 5-8 years. But for those of us who have had it both ways, I'm more comfortable with GUI for most things - but find PowerShell scripts useful - especially for Exchange. And I do like my start menu and I use Classic Shell on my Windows 8.

What plug ins do you have installed? Check to confirm there are no issues with those. Have you tried this to different LUNS? I assume this is from Vcenter since you said you tried the template - does this happen from each Host as well or when installing to a particular host?

I had the same thing happen to me - I found Vitamin B12 tablets at GNC - 1000mg - put one under my tounge (remember doing acid in the 60's?) and within a few minutes, I have my natural energy level back - no crash either - I love it! It's been so long - I'm now going through the process of trying to get access to my old account in Steam.

Accessing files remotely. I've had this discussion here before, and have looked at and tested a few programs - SOONR (no AD integration), Syncplicity - (3rd party AD integration). Now that 2012 R2 (well, really since 2008 R2) has come out, and all of my users on Windows 8.1 pro, I can have users right click on a network folder resource and make it available offline on their laptops. Problem freaking solved. Exactly what we need. Then when they connect via vpn or come into the office, shazaam, they sync up, all is well.
Now, to access those same pesky files from my Android, or Iphone, Ipad, etc..., without shoving them up to the "cloud", that is a different scenario. I see Pertino as a viable option for this, and this only - no laptops or other windows devices, just mobile devices that need an "app".

Where am I going wrong, how would you do it different just go have files available on your phone or I device??
