WordPress admin page redirecting to IP

Hey guys I just spun up a new server, installed lamp, WordPress, and setup let's encrypt. I edited http.conf to force https redirection and it's working as expected on the domain.
However, when I browse to the wp-admin page, it redirects to the IP address and does not use SSL. What am I missing?
