Early in My Career

I started in IT when I was quite young. I joined NTG when I was 22. This picture is me at 23 on my way to my first really big customer presentation with NTG. I had only done internal IT prior to this and I was going with the founder from New York to Pittsburgh to make a presentation for the creation of a SaaS application for managing hospital data. (Hint: we got the project, it is still live today.) This is 1999.

@scottalanmiller in 1999 I was installing my 3rd NT server based Access control system. That is what pushed me from electronics fully into IT.
