MS seems to have broken their latest upgrade installer, it requires you to copy a file wimgapi.dll from c:\windows\System32 on Windows 7 machine to c:\WIndows10Upgrade folder on windows 7 machine.

Huh? are you using assistive technologies? If not, then it should not apply to you.

Last I looked it said the following:
"If you use assistive technology on Windows, you are eligible for the upgrade offer", So the question is, what does that mean?

That was the point. They want everyone on Win 10

Yet they wanted the stupid stock holders to think they killed the free upgrade.

But they (MS) have killed the free upgrade for assistive tech at the end of the year.
