Network Database Administrator along with the line you highlighted points to Access Database lol. My guess is they want to do crap on there that should be in a real database but don't want to change.

And they probably have a big IPOD, I seen they want SAN experience.

Switches and IDS/ IPS in the same sentence... I learned that's a bad combo.

Any certifications? I assume they would love the A+ for that work then which says they are clueless.

Server 2003 and 2008 still... Which says they can't afford Windows and most likely don't need it.
