Sodium Helpdesk: Change Location of Ticket Name

I think that there would be a lot more usable space on the screen if instead of saying "Ticket Information" in that bar, if it said "Ticket 15: And Put the Title Here" so that there is less wasted space and more useful info on the screen all at once.

This is definitely an improvement. I've already made the change but it'll likely come out with a release later tonight at some point. (Too small a change for it's own release)
