No, this was a year ago and unrelated to Spiceworks. This was purely about the MakerSpace. No one was allowed in when I was there. I was a few minutes late, so however the other people got in, was closed off when I arrived.

What's the video encoding have to do with anything? So long as the computer has access to a camera, it works. Or are you referring to a video phone? Likely just need to be able to follow a link to join on any device.
