Still? I remember that being a thing years ago when I moved users off of POP to IMAP. It seemed like the world ended when categories stopped working
so this has been an issue thing for a while?

i actually figured it out
my bad
got a customer asking for help with outlook categorization of emails - basically, he can't put any emails into categories - if you can help, i'd appreciate it.
Starting my "Monday" - the new work schedule will take some getting used to thats for sure -
New headset is live - Much better than the gaming headset, that's for sure.

Weekly Support square sit-down meeting happening in 5 minutes
Starting my work day - coffee brewed and working on some tickets
just got my schedule (kind of) but it looks like i'll be working Tuesday - saturday ; Friday and saturday is a "Mid" shift 1pm-10pm not sure about the other days quite yet, manager is sending over the schedule a little later on today
Closing tickets left and right and it's only my 2nd week on the job (week2 day 1) doing a lot of things I'm used to and some new stuff I am learning on the fly + guided learning

Realizing that being at the right company makes all the different for what you do and how much you do. This company in a week has been 1000x better. I'm truly hoping it says this way - but I've been much happier and not dreading going to work for the last4 days has made such improvements to my psyche.

It is , yeah. great company awesome people and lots of learning happening ; excited to get started with customers- i've been closing ticket and it's only my first week .
the perks are awesome too (coffee subscription paid for by the company is by far my favorite)Nice! That'd make an incredible perk.
