I'm a businesswoman interested in moving into the MSP space and was told that this would be a great community to learn more about MSPs, get advice, connect with peers and other MSPs. I have run my own business before, but in the wholesale chemical arena and am moving into something new. Nice to meet everyone!

Working on starting a new MSP (I know, I know, not a good idea, flooded market >.<) and want to start with the right tool for the job. Obviously true MSPs (I've seen SAM's article) are very focused on flat rate, and predictable delivery. That is along the lines of what I am looking to do. Having a good RMM that can handle tickets, monitoring, remote management and such is a pretty big deal!

What are people using? What are your experiences? Anything new on the horizon that might be important to investigate?
