Oy... now that the holidays are over things have kicked back into high gear around here. I came in at 5am to patch, and had meetings from 8:30 to 11:30.
Tomorrow is already stacking up to be another day of great fun.
Same here. No more weekends free for a while.
That's entirely too much fun. Gotta make some music some time, you know.
Wednesdays and Sundays are carved out as music time.
So last week I rolled out DUO 2-factor authentication. Happy to say that I only had 1 user with any issues, and that only required a simple delete / recreate account. I feel safer already.

It was very productive. We're nailing everything without the click track. It's all coming together like Voltron.
Junk cleaning at the office today. I get to purge a bunch of dead laptops, printers, and battery backups. Oh, and also the whole training room!!!
About to go install and configure a couple of new switches.

Hope all goes well! Some friends and I were just discussing how we all had that surgery done when we were little.
I've got a TON of new hardware to roll out... 10g switches, new PDUs, firewalls, servers, and storage (like 120TB usable space!). And I have to physically move all our current production to one of the new racks. And later tonight I'm going back into the studio to double up my guitar tracks and nail all the solos.
Another 12 hour recording session on Saturday, but the tracking is DONE. Now we wait on the 1st mixdown...
Im honestly wiping tears from my eyes after listening to the preliminary mixdown of one of our songs...

We have a small middle Eastern presence in our town. Lamb over rice and lamb on the rod are very popular dinner choices in at least a dozen spots.
Where we live is lacking a bit when it comes to middle eastern cuisine. Here it's mostly SE Asian folks, so if you want 24-hour Korean BBQ, there are so many choices. Same with sushi, poke bowls, pho, hot pot, dim sum, noodles, bakeries, boba tea, etc. I don't hate it.
I just got a package in the mail containing a whole bunch of dried chile peppers. One of my cousins ordered way too many I guess, so he sent the extra to me.
I now have:
Ancho
Pasilla
Guajillo
Mulato
Arbol
...and dried chipotles. The only other dried ones I ever had were homegrown and home made by me. All of them are beautiful, they were clearly grown and dried with care. I can get most of these locally, but they're all busted up. Now I'm set for chili season.
Our drummer FINALLY got back from nearly 6 weeks of jaunting around Europe, so I've got rehearsal in a couple of hours! I wonder if I can still play the guitar.... 
Just chowed down on some homemade beef stroganoff. I subbed in lower fat Greek yogurt for sour cream, I think it was actually better than usual.
Watching it rain and listening to Electric Ladyland - sides 3 and 4.

I wish my veggie garden was bigger this year... I got a late start, so I just have 1 pepper plant (tabasco) in a big, ceramic pot. She even has a rolling cart, to come in out of the rain.
