We are using Freshservice and have been for several years.
Very happy with it.

In fact we've spread it to several other departments.

I've definitely been eating fewer superhots lately. I'll probably be pickling most of what I harvest this year, and I might cheat a little towards end of season - grow lights are so cheap now!
