The windows 10 or 8 User trying to install the bundler or SASS through the below command in command prompt as administrator

Command:c:/gem install bundler
c:/gem install sass

When i tried to install the proxy blocked first,then the proxy is being configured in the command prompt.
Now the certificate issue started for the same.I have tried the below link where the its not working

@scottalanmiller I thought it was knowledge transfer group but now only knows about their malicious thinking

@scottalanmiller there is no purpose in that group.I was being invited by different group for that group as apk share group.so joined there
