Yes. I think I'll have a yearly performance review, but my direct supervisor does monthly chats. I actually like it. It's basically a review of current projects, a preview of what's coming down the pipe, and a chance to talk about challenges, etc.

I know. systemctl isolate multi-user.target just seems like it'll cause loads of problems. But it might cure one problem: Why would I use a GUI on a RedHat server anyway and have to change to CLI only?
