I went ahead and "migrated" one of my boxes to CloudPro.
Good: I have resources available
Bad: I'm unable to create a new server using the CloudPro option
Ugly: Cloudatcost

I want to make sure my old paid off debt fails off my report right away.
What makes you think that is going to happen? Generally, the items will be reported as paid but remain on the report for the 7 year "lifespan".

I'm speaking to them and the answer is that they aren't aware of people having issues.
Tell them to pull their head out of their ass and learn how to monitor their own systems!

There is currently a big backlog for building servers, This is directly related to providing the Cloud Pro product for free as a response to our service outage. The backlog is expected to be caught up in 3 hours.
Sorry, but that's a BS answer. Yesterday, you stated the following on Twitter: https://twitter.com/cloudatcost/status/594866143178924032
In 11+ attempts, I've never successful built a server since migrating to CloudPro.
Must just be a coincidence that it occurred on the same day that pot became legal.
Grandson born last Friday. Had an extended stay in the hospital, but should be going home later today. Granddaughter spending the night with us tonight and then we will spend time with rest of family tomorrow.
Wow... my server has finally moved on to the "reimaging" process. Maybe that will be done in another 3.5 hours.
Impressive.... NOT!

Build finally finished. Unfortunately, I have no way to verify how long it actually took. Seems they log deletions, but not creation / imaging requests.
Cookout this afternoon, then taking the boat out to watch tonight's fireworks display.
Got another build that is still pending after 4 hours.
Crazy results earlier today on both of my C@C systems:
