I shall sometimes put down on paper the challenges that I am now confronting. As a general guideline, I should definitely write about anything on the blog if it's something that I've encountered twice because it demonstrates that I'm competent in the topic.

I'm not aware of any reputation limit to posting a question. What topic are you trying to post in?
