i am using Elastix 2.5 and i have a problem in the call center module as the Agent is logged into the Agent Console but an error will be appeared while taking a break
the Error is ( Error while starting break - Unable to start break - 500 - Unable to start agent break )
so what is the Fault of the configuration ?

i have Elastix 2.5 and i am Accessing the Extension using OpenVPN and i face very bad voice quality while calling Extension to Extension noting that i enabled the g729 Codec on the server and i am using Zoiper Soft-Phone
so any help ?

but i did this sync between to elastix servers and unfortunately i could not access the admin page of elastix however the passwords are matched in the below fies :
/etc/elastix.conf
/etc/asterisk/manager.conf
/etc/amportal.conf
and all these files are owned by asterisk user with 660 permissions
also i have logged into the database and i can see all information replicated from the remote server successfully
so what could be the problem ?.

i have configured FreeIPA Server on CentOS 7 and it seems that it works without any problem,
and i have fedora 23 and Ubuntu 15 to authenticate from the IPA Server,
all configurations done and i can switch to the Ldap user normally ( su - ldapuser ) from shell
but the main problem is that i can not login with that ldapuser through the Desktop Login Screen .
any advice ?.

Your config had the sss module and nsswitch.conf was calling sss, I'm not sure what's missing. I tried your system-auth and password-auth files on one of my machines and they worked.

i will re-install the IPA server and client again and tell you the result

I have an IPA Server running on CentOS 7 but i found when any clients login to the network via any ldapuser of the IPA , there is no any automatic DNS A Record in the IPA Server.
any advice to make it works ?

i have tested it using Fedora and everything is working fine without any kind of troubleshooting , so why ubuntu is not simple as Fedora ?!!
