@TAHIN answering your questions:

• 5nine Manager uses Resources Library concept, that allows you to convert Virtual Machines to templates and store them there, as well as ISO and VHDX files. Creating new virtual machine out of existing virtual machine is also a very convenient option. Basically Resources Library is a shared location, accessible from all of your Hyper-V hosts.
• Moving virtual machines between clusters is possible in three quick steps:

1. Remove VM from a cluster with 2 clicks:
   
2. Use Shared Nothing Live Migration
3. Add VM to a cluster, using the same right-click menu in 2 clicks.
