I tried the dunkin donuts iced matcha , it was ok. and 2 lattes. because of busy schedule. i'm crashing hard now. I 'll drink water.

Until this work from home craziness that's exactly what I had been doing. Not sure I was losing weight but I felt better.

Just put some black beans on to simmer for a while. Jerk chicken marinating, might even do some real yellow rice (with saffron instead of turmeric).

Simmering some chicken thighs in broth/tomato paste/chipotle/sazon/onion/garlic for some Cinco de Mayo tacos de gringo. Pinto beans in the instant pot, might do some corn or something too.
