Vallingtime's day menu for tonight:
Marinated flank steak (soy/citrus)
Lobster mac and cheese (gruyere and cheddar)
Garlic sauteed green beans
Probably some cheap bubbly (prosecco)
And homemade, grown-up dark chocolates

@scottalanmiller I eat as much Indian and Japanese as I can. I love curry, vegetables, and fish so it works for me lol.

I'm not a huge fan of indian food, but my boyfriend does so we eat it often. Its good but would rather have something else

OMG I love nopales! They are soooo tasty. Mis nopalitos en una tortilla con quesito fresco y unos frijolitos de olla. I am hungry all over again.
