Used the last of the cod filets I smoked on Sunday to make fish and grits for dinner last night. One of the best meals I've had in a while. Now I'm chomping at the bit to go catch some catfish to make this again.
Ugh, making me hungry here!
So head back to Atlanta one weekend for smoked fish Sunday!
i'll have to do that. Paul's been wanting to visit too.
Bring him along! We'll make a whole weekend of it.
