Verizon buys XO

XO has been a "who did you say" name for quite a while. I am honestly surprised Verizon bought them like it looks like they did.

Oh yeah, XO. I had forgotten about them, like you said. A few years ago they were at Spiceworld but I know of no one that used them.

Ha ya, I wonder about rates. I remember reading some crazy prices and people weren't happy with XO's service (but then again I think that's every provider).
