Why I enjoy SMM

Social Media Marketing can be somewhat of a pain and it's always changing. While it's definitely a challenge to master, I feel like this type of marketing helps you understand your customer best.
There are so many metrics that are involved and the simple timing or featured image of a post can adversely effect it's success. Sometimes posts you are sure are going to be successful aren't and post you think won't be successful are successful. It's a constant learning experience of your customers. The devil is really in the details.

I love figuring out what works best. While I wish there was an exact science to marketing, when marketing to IT people, it isn't I have learned
Just getting the information for IT Pro's out there and available has been a fun thing to get a real foot hold in.

There isn't a science to any market it seems, but I learn something everytime.
