SCO, easily the most hated company in the history of technology, has existed as nothing but a lawsuit factory now for long enough for it to be a teenager and the original lawsuit is still continuing, even after it was found that SCO owned nothing and made the whole thing up. They are still attempting any type of legal shenanigans, even long after their bankruptcy, while they continue to be funded by people hoping that a legal failing will allow them to own basically all code in the universe, more or less. IBM is still the key player defending absolutely everyone from the evils of SCO and has dealt yet another blow to SCO and their backers in Utah courts.
