Windows 10 makes more sense for netbooks than did several Windows blunders since the XP and Windows 7 netbooks pushes. Can Windows 10 resurrect your old netbook?

TLDNR: No
"The overall experience is not so pleasant that I'd use the machine for everyday tasks or foist it on the kids. But it's doing alright as a data mule, thanks in part to the wired 10/100 Ethernet port that means I can send stuff to the cloud without messing up WiFi around the house."

Windows 10 runs lighter, but not that light. Even then, Windows 10 runs best with 8gb RAM

If I had one still, I might consider it. But a combination of ultra slow performance and nearly unusably small screen (for windows) - I have no desire to even try.
