There is no other way to use it. But that didn't answer our question from above. We knew that you had it installed, which method did you use to acquire it?

The question has three options, all laid out. You have to answer one of the three. No need for a description. The choices are:

                A: Retail Card
                B: Volume Licensing
                😄 Office 365

Just answer A, B or C. That's an important part of moving forward with this discussion. All three are installed on premises. All three could be shared from a mapped drive.

We are not trying to be a pain here, but you are asking for help and, like nearly every thread that you have, you are avoiding answering the questions that we have. I'm aware that you do not understand why it is important that we understand your environment in order to answer your question, but the very fact that you are needing to ask the question means that you are not confident in what information is necessary to track down the problem.

Please do not avoid answering us if you want assistance. Every time we honestly try to help, you give a run around. We ask the same things over and over and you avoid answers. If you could just answer the questions that we ask, we can move forward with fixing the problem.

Thanks. What OS are you running it on? Are these all the same?
