Consolidated notification behavior

Not feeling like posting an issue or checking the nodebb forum, sorry.
The consolidated notifications is annoying.
It says 3 people upvoted my post. great. way better than three single lines.
When you click it, it only marks one of them read and reloads like this.
Then repeats again if you click again.
