for example : X send email to A and B and C ....only A have this issue

So, the question then is how do A's settings differ from B and C's? In particular, look at the language, formatting and font settings. Also check whether A has any Outlook add-ins installed than B and C do not - especially antivirus add-ins.

all the users have kaspersky spam filtering add-in

i just checked that, i found that my system local was arabic, i mean that the email language is the same as my system local language

But what was the sender's system setting? That should not matter in an application such as Outlook, but it is always something I try to check once all the basic troubleshooting steps prove fruitless.

Check A's language and font settings to see how they differ from B and C's.

because there is no additional setting that i have to do with other computers, only setup MS office and everything is OK except with these 2 computers and maybe the number will increase in the future,
