Xen Orchestra - Add a VM as a Storage Repository

So in looking through Xen Orchestra, I'm a bit confused as I don't see a way to add a VM as a Storage Repository.
Now maybe I am thinking about this awkwardly, but the plan was to build a VM, set it up as a NFS server, share that out to Xen Orchestra and then run backup jobs from there.
But I'm just not seeing it.
Is anyone able to shed some light on it?

There is no option to add NFS stores?

it's buried under a side menu. Title Window > Backup > Remote Stores

Yeah, searching for NFS, not a VM was the first thing that came to my mind.
