Getting a big batch of serrano peppers today, gonna lightly smoke them (pecan and mesquite), then they get pickled.
Oh nice, I love the taste of serrano. People often thing that I don't like spicy food because I don't like the taste of jalapeno. But I tend to like a lot of spicier things, like Serrano and Datil.

Well.... the good part wasn't the wedding....

@travisdh1 Our ceremony was 11 minutes long outside of a barn by a lake. The reception was in said barn. It was a really good party people are still talking about it a year later!

There are pro's and con's, like with everything. But to be honest, when you make up for a good team, it's pretty perfect. Otherwise....

Ours was thrown together in a week once some friends realized how sick she was, was crazy, but totally worth it.

Stoked to get out of here early today and get my long weekend started.
Fishing Spider lake tomorrow - should be exceptionally beautiful! Followed by Horne lake on Sunday.
