I'm looking forward to these games (hopefully this year)

If you can't already tell I'm really invested into legacy games 😛

I really want to play Pandemic Legacy Season 1 but don't, unfortunately, have a steady group of people to play with.

It really is that good, if you don't have an aversion to permanent alterations to cards/board.

Ugh, the nerd in me shudders every time I hear that. I'm the one that freaks out of the box gets damaged or scratched.

This brings me to the question: What are you guys using to store all of your games/tokens/etc--the tacklebox method or something better?

Board games go in the original box with every like token/piece bagged together. Miniatures go in my friend's tackle box... mostly because he plays more then I do.

This presents an issue with LCG because the box only stores the core game. I have been trying to figure it out unsuccessfully.

When I was doing Magic shudders I had a binder for each element.

I know a lot of players don't like the idea of legacy games, but there is something really cool about knowing that you have irretrievably altered your game. That what you are playing now, no one else will likely ever play. And I like the idea of persistence, that the actions I take in this game will affect me in future games.

I'm with you there. Probably why I enjoy roleplaying games so much. A persistent story is always fun to be involved in.

Pandemic Legacy. How many times can you replay?

Getting close to finishing The Witness. I'm not sure if I'll bother doing all the environmental puzzles or not. Some of the puzzles are hella tough and I just looked them up when I got stuck. Overall a great game if you like puzzles.

You would probably like Hero Realms as well, basically the same game but with a fantasy theme.

You can't replay it, but it takes between 12 and 24 plays to complete the game. I don't know of too many other games I've gotten that much play out of.

Pandemic Legacy can handle different people better than other legacy games. That said, it is definitely better to play with as cohesive a group as possible.

Pandemic Legacy can handle different people better than other legacy games. That said, it is definitely better to play with as cohesive a group as possible.

Ssays 2-4 people but seems like a waste of $50 if you're just playing with 2 peeps
