Anyone Use Transcender.com for Certification Test Prep?

I took a course earlier this year (the ICM class for VSphere 5.5), and they gave us free access to Transcender. I realize the only available version is for 5.1, but what's strange to me is after signing up with a couple of different e-mail accounts (https://www.transcender.com/login/login.aspx) using multiple browsers on different devices, I cannot login to the site with my e-mail and password. I put in the correct e-mail and password, click sign in, and nothing ever happens. You essentially get redirected to the login page with the e-mail address and password cleared.
I tried logging in with my e-mail address and an incorrect password, and you will in fact get told your password is incorrect. That part seems to work.
I never got an e-mail after signing up to my charter.net e-mail or my gmail account. I even put in a ticket via their contact us page and never got a response.
Has anyone else used the site recently and been able to login successfully? I tried Chrome, IE, and Firefox from a Windows 8.1 Pro machine as well as Safari and Chrome from my iPhone.
