Does NIST Special Publication 800-53 r4 count as "outside of tech"? 💤

If not then I did start re-reading Monstress Vol 3 by Marjorie Liu and Sana Takeda. (graphic novel), so I could move onto all the individual issues that came out after that which haven't been released in graphic novel format yet.

Ha ha ha. You read it?

It seems to be a half decent book so far, but we're only like 2 chapters in.

My daughter just finished reading The Illiad (Fagles) for one of her online classics reading courses (we home school).

We had great discussions about the very descriptive gore sequences so it's sitting on top of my Next to Read pile as I'm reading a new canon "Last Shot" which is meh. I'll finish it just 'cause.

EDIT: And the gods, and the characters, and their crazy ways as far as the Illiad goes. 🙂

We're now about 3/4 the way through the book. It's a decent book so far. Don't tell my kid, but I'm going to read it again after we finish, lol.

So as we pack to move I am very carefully unloading books that I don't feel that we should store, ship, and unpack in a foreign country. But it's hard, I own SO many books still, even after going through this process many times, and there are many that are like unread or I want to read with my kids. But HB had a deal on RA Salvatore books this week, so I bought like 20 RAS Drizzt titles and then was happy to put all of those physical books into donation boxes. That freed up a lot of moving box space!
