            @lance No matter what recipe you use, make sure you cream the butter and sugars until it's lighter in color and consistency similar to buttercream frosting. I always ha flat, crunchy cookies until I learned this.

                    I might have to do that. It's actually not too expensive.

                                            In the office... thankfully we had a customer let us try some of their aged meat, so all is not lost.
