Clearly his decades of experience being alive longer have him better prepared for the situation at hand. . .

Now he is mad at me being blunt in my email reply, saying he hopes I have a better tone with work and customers.
No, it is just you are my father telling me things I already know. My CustomerService hat is partly off when dealing with family.
