Do we have a MAX RemoteManagement Guru here?

Just like the title says. I am spending way to much time tinkering and searching http://maxfocus.com, http://linkedin.com and Google for really simple queries and coming up with nothing to use.

If you are guru or know you way around the program please say so. I will start posting questions individually, maybe we can become the default resource for MAX RemoteManagement platform.

I'm not able to find open the maxfocusnow.com link.
