I would bet that somewhere, something is tripping some filter in effect and it's hanging, but what the pattern is I couldn't tell you. It's definitely not like it was since I cleared the cache, etc.

Trying something new because I've had a lot of issues with hanging today. I left my IP settings on DHCP but set my DNS to statically use Google for primary and secondary. I wonder if it's a resolution issue that is causing it to hang, due to some weird setting on my employer's end.
I changed it over and immediately the page refreshed correctly, so we'll see if that's the resolution. This is my test box, so I'm free to do what I want with it.

Ok, so been running it like this for 20 minutes or so, and HOLY CRAP! The site responds SO MUCH FASTER and isn't hanging up, so far! Another hour or two of testing will confirm this.
