Looking for a Web Designer

NTG is looking for a web designer outside of the US who has these skills:
HTML5, CSS, JS, and template design for WordPress or similar.

All communication with us NTG is in English, however fluency is not a necessity.

Just for cost. It's a purely internal position so no benefit to high cost US based resources.

Especially as the team to work with that team mostly work non-US hours even though they are US-based.
