Which Edgerouter for SOHO, max 100 Mbps?

Which Edgerouter should I get for SOHO use, maximum WAN speed is 100/100 Mbps.

Going to use a VPN or anything like that? Or just for normal routing / firewall functions?

ERX or ER4 if the ERX is not enough.

The ERL can only do 55-60 mbps if you have anything that requires offloading be disabled.

About 70 Mb/s would be enough for peaks. Normally it will be much lower.
@JaredBusch Sounds like ER-X will be the one to get then?

@JaredBusch Sounds like ER-X will be the one to get then?
I think the ER4 is likely what you want then. Small extra cost to ensure you aren't creating unnecessary limits.

True. However if we'd install a couple of ER-X and it turns out that we need more power, could you just load the same config in an ER-4, swap the devices and you'd be good to go?
