Grow with Google Certs?

So I have a question.... Google isn't an IT company and does effectively no support. What does an IT Support Cert by Google imply? Why not a cert from Ford or Hasbro? None of them are IT companies. Having a cert by a company that doesn't do or know IT at all for an IT field and isn't a cert company, and doesn't even make products for the field... feels like it would, at best, look really awkward on a resume.

That's good. but you could totally see a large restaurant chain having an internal cert for some reason, too. -
