Mass Effect was good but looking back, I don't know. Solid RPGs but not my favorite.

Mass Effect remains solidly in my top five all timers. Some of the best storytelling ever.

Mass Effect 2 is one of the best gaming experiences for story, I think, only Rivaled by Mafia II and maybe Fallout 3 (though Fallout tells it's stories in a very different way).

I suck at pretty much every game. I play Counter Strike Global offense some but only on one kill zone server not the normal game play. Mainly got it cause it was dirty cheap on steam when I bought it. I used to have Portal 2 as well but I lost it some how.

I agree. Mass Effect had you driving around kingdom come on the planets and had, what felt like, hour long elevator waits. Mass Effect 2 solved a lot of problems and had a great story line. It's very rare the sequel is better than the original.
