FreePBX Desktop Video Conferencing Options

Anyone done video conferencing with FreePBX recently? We've done it in the past and it was great, but it hasn't come up in a while. I know that Yealink and Grandstream make nice hardware for conference rooms, that stuff is "easy". And I know that I can get nice desktop phones with video conferencing. But for regular desktops to just run software, does anyone have video conferencing SIP client(s) that they would recommend?

In theory it does. Linphone desktop has been pretty flaky for us so were looking at alternatives.
