@WrCombs uses a remote access tool called "Command Center." I am trying to research more about it. Does anyone know the company that makes it or the URL of the website?

However, This is what we are "required" to use (I use required loosely. ) because this is how we get support on on certain situations.
And it's a secure way to access all of our sites.

it's NCR, who makes the cash registers. The site is very specific that this is a special "one off" just for restaurants (read: not good enough for general purpose use and relies 100% on tricking restaurant managers by making them feel like they are special snowflakes.)

Their website is awful. Zero details on the product (generally an admission that it is garbage and they need to hide those details till it is too late), from what you have seen, no Android option?
